Understanding Co-Pilot on PostAutoPilot

Introduction

Co-Pilot is a feature that allows users to review and approve posts before they are published.

Supported Co-Pilot Accounts

The following account types use Co-Pilot:

• Instagram Personal
• Facebook Personal

How It Works

When a post is created using a Co-Pilot account, it is not published automatically.

Instead:

• The post is sent to the PostAutoPilot mobile app
• The user reviews the post
• The user approves and publishes it manually

Using Co-Pilot Accounts

1. Navigate to Posts
2. Click Create Post
3. Enter your content
4. Select a Co-Pilot-supported account
5. Submit or schedule the post

The post will be sent to the mobile app for approval

Important Notes

• Co-Pilot requires user interaction
• The mobile app must be installed
• Notifications may be used to alert users
